PPL's Fitness implemented the "Stage Five Design" to improve the way we gather our information. By understanding our customers needs and wants, appropriately identifying the target demographic, and most importantly discovering what the customer hopes to accomplish with their facility - we can not only efficiently and effectively design a facility that is both unique and innovative but we can also incorporate our customers goals and objectives.
There are severals factors that we take into account when designing your facility. Providing the right mix of equipment, identifying the latest trends, incorporating enviornmentally friendly products, ensuring safety, eliminating liability, optimizing functionality and finally accounting for proper electrical and flooring are all key components in providing you a state of the art design.
Our drawings are all prepared in house by our Fitness Design Team. These designs are provided to our customers in multiple formats, including CAD files for easy integration into your buildings master plans.

Identify the space that is being allocated. Determine if room is adequate size and space? Any safety concerns? Can structural changes still be made?
Prepare and recommend drawings/designs incorporating all key factors mentioned above. Numerous layout options are provided to the customer to successfully create the perfect design.
Oversee the fitness project. Thorough site inspections throughout the construction of the project, review of drawings, oversee the installation of the fitness equipment, training sessions on how to properly use the equipment.
PPL Fitness provides preventative fitness maintenance to over 250 fitness accounts across Ontario. We have six full time service technicians and six service vehicles that are dedicated to providing preventative maintenance to our customers within Ontario. Our technicians are fully certified in providing preventative maintenance and repairs to SportsArt, Hoist, Sci Fit, Keiser and Landice equipment among many others.
We ensure that our warehouse is fully stocked at all times with fitness parts from all makes and models. This enables us to quickly respond to repairs and service calls and leave little to no down time for your fitness equipment.
Our six service technicians are certified in providing repairs to SportsArt, Hoist, Sci Fit, Landice, Life Fitness, Keiser and many more brands of equipment.
We have six vehicles that are dedicated to providing service and repairs throughout Ontario.
Once we diagnose the issue(s) you are experiencing with your fitness equipment, we can provide you with a quotation that will require your approval to proceed with the repair. Once the repair is completed we will provide you with a detailed work order stating the service our technician has provided to you.
Our technicians are insured and to prove this, we provide all of our customers with WSIB and Insurance certificates.
